Sellingtek provides done-for-you sales infrastructure, consulting, and related services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Sellingtek and the client. This Site is informational; nothing on it constitutes a binding offer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Sellingtek or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Sellingtek from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
